Blackline’s G7 Sensor Cartridges offer an exclusive modular design with field-replaceable gas sensor cartridges and delivers industry-leading customization to accommodate nearly every need. With G7’s cartridges, gas detection and lone worker monitoring are tailored to every industry, scenario and application. G7 provides three cartridge options to support gas detection, lone workers and evacuation management. The selection of gas sensors in each cartridge can be customized and configured for specific work environments.

Single-gas and Quad-gas Sensor Options: H2S, LEL, CO, O2, CO2 & NH3.

H2S (Hydrogen Sulfide) Sensor type: Electrochemical Lowest detection limit: 0.5 ppm, Upper detection limit: 100 ppm, Resolution: 0.1 ppm.

LEL combustible Sensor type: Infrared Lowest detection limit: ±4 % LEL, Upper detection limit: 100 %  LEL, Resolution: 1 % LEL.

CO (Carbon Monoxide) Sensor type: Electrochemical Lowest detection limit: 1 ppm, Upper detection limit: 500 ppm, Resolution: 1 ppm.

O2 (Oxygen)Sensor type: Pumped electrochemical Lowest detection limit: 0.1 % vol, Upper detection limit: 25.0 % vol, Resolution: 0.1 % vol.

CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) Sensor type: Infrared Lowest detection limit: 50 ppm, Upper detection limit: 50,000 ppm, Resolution: 50 ppm.

NH3 (Ammonia) Sensor type: Electrochemical Lowest detection limit: 0.5 ppm, Upper detection limit: 100.0 ppm, Resolution: 0.1 ppm.

Standard Cartridge

Blackline’s Standard cartridge is designed for lone worker safety monitoring scenarios where there is no threat of exposure to toxic or combustible gases. The Standard Cartridge features Blackline’s exclusive green SureSafe® light — when the light is on, workers can be confident that they’re connected to the Blackline Safety Network and that their safety is being monitored.

Single-gas Cartridge

G7 with a Single-gas cartridge operates as a gas detector and lone worker safety device, capable of monitoring your choice of one gas type. With a Single-gas cartridge, devices are customizable for specific working scenarios where comprehensive multi-gas coverage is not required.

Quad-gas Cartridge

G7 with a Quad-gas cartridge operates as a gas detector and lone worker safety device, delivering comprehensive gas detection coverage of up to four gases. Sensor combinations are customizable in order to tailor gas detection to complex, hazardous working environments.
